Omega Gents Program
In partnership with Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., we mentor 6th-12th-grade boys – more than 800 since 1989 – equipping them with the skills to succeed in school and beyond.
Youth & Justice Forum
Established in 2010, the annual forum provides opportunities for problem-solving dialogue and interaction between youth and law enforcement. More than 1,000 students have attended.
Scholarship Program
Our scholarships ease the financial burden on college-bound students, including those who are first-generation collegians. We’ve awarded more than $400,000 since 2004.
ESSL Program
More than 4,000 students have learned about college, careers, leadership and more since the inception of the annual Economic Summit & Student Leadership Conference in 1989.
Philanthropy Program
Uplift provides financial and in-kind support to schools, organizations and other youth-serving nonprofits
